Reflexology

time to rest, relax, and restore

For some of my clients the benefit of a Reflexology treatment is purely space to relax and be, while others use it for support with stress and anxiety or specific health and wellbeing issues.

what is reflexology?

Reflexology has its roots in all the ancient civilisations of the world and works by stimulating and massaging points on the feet or hands that correspond to points in the body. With reflexology I’m working with your own body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

supporting your health & wellbeing | naturally

Each treatment is tailored to you, and every treatment starts with a health and wellbeing consultation to identify the support you need.  Many of my clients have felt a positive change in relation to the initial support they were seeking, and everyone leaves feeling relaxed and rebalanced with a sense of improved health and wellbeing.

time to | rest

Rest is an essential contrast to the busyness of our lives. It creates a space to just be and gives your body and mind a chance to rebalance.

Reflexology is a great way to rest - nothing is asked of you but to sit and be. There's no need to remove anything but shoes and socks, and you're not required to move. All you need to do is rest - whether that's closing your eyes, gazing into thin air or talking. It's your treatment, its your chance to rest.

time to | relax

Many people face stress and anxiety in their every day lives that can have a huge impact on their everyday lives, physically, emotionally and mentally.

These can be hard to get on top of and Reflexology can help provide you with the opportunity to relax and let go, allowing your body to a chance to relax and work towards resolving some of the issues you're facing.

time to | restore

Reflexology offers an opportunity to restore your health and wellbeing.

Many of my clients come just because it leaves them feeling restored and refreshed, ready to face the world. Others come for specific support, from stress to muscular aches and pain, from sleep to support with menopause and beyond.
