Reflexology - time to be

"For some the benefit of a Reflexology treatment is purely space to relax and be, while others use it for support with stress and anxiety or specific health and wellbeing issues."

What is reflexology?

Reflexology works by stimulating and massaging points on the feet or hands that correspond to points in the body, working with your body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

What are the benefits of reflexology?

Many of my clients come because it leaves them feeling restored and refreshed, ready to face the world - Reflexology is purely a space to relax and be.

Others come for specific support, from stress to muscular aches and pain, from sleep to a general sense of improved health and wellbeing, or for the specialist support I offer for menopause and lymphatic drainage.

Whatever their reasons, many feel a positive change, and everyone leaves feeling relaxed and rebalanced with a sense of improved health and wellbeing.

Session length

30- or 60-minute appointments.

Reflexology can also be combined with other therapies to create a 90-minute appointment (see below 'Works well with...')

What happens during a treatment?

Each treatment is tailored to you, and every treatment starts with a health and wellbeing consultation to identify the support you need.  From there nothing is asked of you but to rest and be – and there’s no need to remove anything but your shoes and socks.

I use Neal's Yard Remedies Bee Lovely All Over Balm* in all my treatments, or you can upgrade to CBD Balm.

At the end of each session, we’ll discuss any additional support you might require, including after care guidance to help you make the most of your treatment.

*Please let me know if you are vegan / allergic to any of these ingredients so I can provide an alternative.

  • £60 for a 60-minute appointment, including specialist support
  • £35 for a 30-minute appointment, including specialist support
  • Add £2 if you'd like me to use CBD Balm on your feet

The price of a 90 minute session will depend on what therapy you want to combine Reflexology with.

How many treatments will I need?

It really depends on what you want to use Reflexology for!

If it's for a treat, then come as often as you want to. If you're seeking support for a specific issue then it may be a few back to back weekly sessions followed by some monthly maintenance sessions are what you need, or you may be content with once every 4-6 weeks.

We will discuss all of this at your first treatment and create a treatment plan that works for you.
