Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers are valid for 3 or 6 months* (hereafter referred to as 'time period') after the purchase date.
2. Vouchers not used within the time period will thereafter be null and void with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend voucher validity beyond the stated time period.
3. The voucher reference number must be quoted at the time of booking, and must be presented on arrival to treatment.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.
6. All bookings made with a voucher are booked for the recipient at a time that is mutually agreed and subject to my cancellation policy which is as follows: I know you will appreciate my time is my business and late cancellations and no-show’s really do affect my income. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of the schedule treatment costs being incurred. The same applies to any no-show's. By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy. COVID-19: Where you have begun to experience symptoms of Covid-19 or you have been told to isolate yourself less than 48 hours prior to your appointment please inform me immediately on 07715213392 to avoid any cancellation fee.
7. As per my cancellation policy the voucher will be taken as full payment and will, therefore, be considered as spent in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
8. E-gift vouchers are sent direct to the purchaser.
9. Physical gift cards can be collected from any of my treatment rooms, or for an additional cost can be posted by any Royal Mail Tracked / Signed for postal service - this will be agreed at point of purchase.

*A 3 month period is given to vouchers worth £40 or less and 6 months to vouchers worth over £41. If you wish to purchase a voucher for multiple treatments please contact me to discuss voucher validity dates.
