Sarah Woodhouse Therapy

1. Vouchers are valid for 6 months after the purchase date / for 6 months after the valid from date in the case of vouchers bought in advance of a special occasion, for example Christmas, a birthday, anniversary etc.
2. Vouchers not used within this 6 month period will thereafter be null and void with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend voucher validity beyond the stated 6 month validity period.
3. The voucher reference number must be quoted at the time of booking, and must be presented on arrival to treatment.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.
6. All bookings made with a voucher are booked for the recipient at a time that is mutually agreed and subject to my cancellation policy which is as follows: I know you will appreciate my time is my business and late cancellations and no-show’s really do affect my income. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of the schedule treatment costs being incurred. The same applies to any no-show's. By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy. COVID-19: Where you have begun to experience symptoms of Covid-19 or you have been told to isolate yourself less than 24 hours prior to your appointment please inform me immediately on 07715213392 to avoid any cancellation fee.
7. As per my cancellation policy the voucher will be taken as full payment and will, therefore, be considered as spent in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
8. In the case of a national or local lockdown the voucher expiration date will be paused from the first day of the lockdown and will resume again from the first day lockdown restrictions are lifted. Please contact me direct if you are unsure of the new expiration date of your voucher in the event of a lockdown on 07715213392, or email me at sarah@sarahwoodhousetherapy.co.uk
9. E-gift vouchers are sent direct to the purchaser.
10. Physical gift cards can be collected from any of my treatment rooms, or for an additional cost can be posted by any Royal Mail Tracked / Signed for postal service - this will be agreed at point of purchase.

These gift vouchers are provided free of charge when you buy a gift card from Neal’s Yard Remedies at Bury St Edmunds only. They are intended to allow you to personalise your gift and make it clear to the recipient you have bought the voucher for a holistic treatment with either Sarah Woodhouse or Megumi Readhead. It is for this reason that these vouchers are bound by the terms and conditions of the Neal’s Yard Remedies gift cards which can be found in store.
