My private treatment is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in the village of Elmswell. My clients travel to me from all over East Anglia, including Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Thetford, and Newmarket as well as Sudbury, Diss, Ipswich and Cambridge.

The room is located on the ground floor via one step, and you'll have direct access to private hand washing and toilet facilities. There's also off street parking available directly outside.

My house is also home to our cat Baldric, and while he rarely comes into the treatment room please let me know if you have any strong allergies.

Please note: Due to the positioning of doors the treatment room is not accessible via a wheelchair.

The Self Centre is a special place to relax and unwind, to simple be yourself - a place of sanctuary in Bury St Edmunds. A dedicated holistic and complementary health and well-being centre it has all the facilities you'd expect from Suffolks largest complementary therapy base - including an amazing cafe serving a variety of vegetarian, vegan and even gluten free food and drink.

The Self Centre has a small car park located outside the entrance, with plenty of additional free on-street parking close by.

My clients travel to me from all over East Anglia, including Ixworth, Newmarket, Thetford, Mildenhall, Sudbury, Diss, Stowmarket and Ipswich and Cambridge. 

Please note: I work from the 1st floor, but let me know if you need a ground floor treatment room when making your appointment.
