Booking and Cancellation Policy

I know you'll appreciate my time is my business, so late cancellations, last minute changes and missed appointment have a really big impact on my income as well as my availability for other people seeking support with their health and wellbeing.

All appointments must be secured with a 50% deposit and I require 48 hours-notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you miss your appointment or need to cancel or reschedule it without giving at least 48-hours notice, you’ll be responsible for 100% of the appointment fee. Please note any money paid will be non-refundable, and any outstanding amount will be taken from saved card payment details.
