Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed.

I know you will appreciate my time is my business and late cancellations and no-show's really do affect my income.

If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours notice is required to avoid up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost being incurred as this gives me at least some chance of filling your appointment.

If you fail to show up for your appointment 100% of the scheduled treatment cost will be incurred as it will be impossible for me to fill your appointment.
